The Wilmington Earth Day Alliance serves to 

  1. dedicate the assets and energies to maintaining a safe, just, and sustainable planet through proactive educational programs and events designed to increase environmental awareness among the citizenry.

  2. bring local public, nonprofit, and private organizations and businesses together so the public can learn about their environmental efforts in the community.

Festival

The EDA hosts an annual Earth Day Festival in April of every year. The festival brings together businesses, community organizations, non-profits, government organizations, and citizens to learn about local environmental movements, activities, products, and opportunities for all residents of New Hanover County and the surrounding Cape Fear Region. 

Wilmington Earth Day Alliance (EDA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations help us on our path to promoting environmental awareness and stewardship in the Cape Fear Region.
